Do you have any physical locations customers can visit?
No, we are a small home-based business and have no stores. However, we ship country-wide.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we do make custom orders for our clients.
How long to receive my order?
At ASK for Rosaries, Our orders are mailed out using the USPS on Tuesdays and Fridays. Customers will get an email with a tracking number on the day of shipping, and they should receive their rosary within three to five business days after the order has been dispatched. However, custom orders may require up to 8 weeks to complete; and our customers will be informed once their orders are shipped.
Do you have an exchange policy?
If there is any fault from our end, we do offer our customers an exchange.
